The loop
Set the goal. It does the rest.
A closed loop that runs every day: it takes in your training, decides the next move within the rails, writes it to your calendar — then measures what actually happened and adjusts.
Connect Strava
Link your account once. Every run flows in automatically — no logging, no spreadsheets.
Set the goal
Half or full marathon, with a date. Cadea builds a periodized plan working backward from race day.
Train in rhythm
It balances hard days and easy days as your fitness and recovery shift — and tells you the why behind each change.
On your calendar
Sessions land in a dedicated Google Calendar. Move or skip one and the plan adapts — it never crams or nags.
Why you can trust it
Rhythm you can see — limits it can't cross.
An AI coach proposes each session and explains it. But it picks only from options that already passed deterministic safety rules — it can never override the math.
- Guardrails come first. No more than ~10% weekly ramp, a rest day after hard efforts, a down week every 3–4, a real taper. The rules are fixed and tested.
- Coral is effort. The hard days, the peaks, the push — the one loud signal in the plan.
- Sage is recovery. Rest days and easy runs — the troughs that make the peaks possible. Miss a session and it redistributes, never inflates.
"Ease off today — your resting heart rate is still up from Saturday's long run. Thirty easy minutes, conversational. Rest is training too."
